Getting really upset with husband

I’m 12 weeks today with our second. We have a 4 year old boy. We tried for a year and are very excited. I️ know it’s hormones plus the issue but I️ can’t calm down about it enough to talk to my husband. He does NOTHING to help around the house. Dishes, laundry, dinner, grocery shopping, general picking up. I️ have tried to talk to him but I️ am so mad and resentful towards him because of it, I’m worried I’ll blow up on him. Just needing some encouragement ladies. Thank you 💙
