My boyfriend is rough during sex, which I don’t mind, but he’ll sometimes spread my cheeks and I guess he did it too hard this time so now there’s a split down mu butt crack. A day later, the split starts healing but it has a mild fishy odor. Is it infected? And how do I prevent this from happening again?
