Question

35wks5dys. Treated for PTL since 31wks. 2cm dilated &25%. Feels like I'm going to start my pd since Mon(dull cramps in back, abdomen, and legs).  Contractions 3-5 min on/off a few hours a day for weeks. 
Last dr appt was Thurs. No changes but baby has dropped.  Thurs pm, contractions intermittently more intense/aches hurt worse. Worse today.

If it is worst today I would go u defiantly don't want to have the baby at home

It never hurts to go! Better safe than sorry, go with your gut.
