Possible break upr

So I need help. My boyfriend's mom is apparently gonna attempt to make him and I break up because she "doesn't believe in young teens (boyfriend and I are both 16) having long relationships". And his mom and dad love me, but I just don't know what to do. I can't take another break up this similar to my last one. And my BF says that if his mom does make us break up that he'll date another girl for a little while and put up an act till his mom is satisfied. Do you guys have any suggestions? I'm out of ideas. ***Update**** Turns out both his parents hate me. Don't think I have enough parenting, which is partially true cause me and my siblings we left alone for half our life. And are saying that he's a million times better than me. I expect a break up before too long.
