I never get answered in this app but I’ll try this time because it’s something I just need you girls opinions.

I was diagnosed with PCOS 7 months ago and I started using the pill to control my period but it was just a mess, I used it for 4 months and stopped because I had such horrible bleeding and cramps which was something weird for me because I never had cramps and severe bleeding. The first month after leaving the pill my period came normally but now it’s been several days delayed and it’s just so frustrating and I really don’t know what to do now. If you guys are going through this or something similar or have any advice please leave a comment i will be so pleased to read them.
