When I was a child, about 7 years and under, I was always the smallest in the family. I wasn’t overweight and I was healthy for my height. After my father left when I was 6 I became depressed. I didn’t want to do anything except for eat. I’m the end I gained a lot of weight and am now obese.
At 19 years old, 5ft 7in, I weigh around 230 pounds, and that’s after losing 20 pounds since August. Ever since I started college I changed my eating habits, I’m walking a lot more, and once in a while I go to the fitness center on campus to exercise.
I know that I have to work on the last one, and I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to stay motivated in the Spring Semester and if anyone had any advice on losing the weight and keeping it off??
