can u feel pregnant at 3 weeks?

i don’t get my period for another week. but a) it’s irregular. and b) i feel pregnant. or i could just be tripping. but i’m having all the symptoms. especially my food cravings. bc what i want to eat i don’t like as sooon as i get it. but is it possible to feel symptoms this early?

So many women convince themselves they’re pregnant because they’re “having symptoms.” You might not even actually be pregnant yet since implantation doesn’t occur until 7-10 days after ovulation. You wouldn’t be experiencing symptoms yet.

i did, it was just a different feeling though, not really specific symptoms and then i got bfp 3w+5. Now i’ll be 20 weeks tomorrow with my son 😁💙

I did with my first I just knew it was more a gut feeling than pregnant feeling. 
No idea with second or third and with my fourth I had bloating and knew implantation day even with slight cramps/twinge.
