I need abortion advice please

My best friend got pregnant the same time as me last year, she had an abortion and has suffered since. she was only 20 and has been depressed every since. she works part time and lives with her grandma. she is an excellent help to me and my son. she found out she is 4 weeks pregnant today and is considering abortion again as her first choice and I don't want her yo go through that again she has still not recovered but I cannot tell her what to do ?
