Can't afford it...

I just don't know what to do! My vet does not do payment plans and the other vet in town I don't trust because he has an awful reputation for "accidentally" doing something wrong and the pet dying. My sweet old boy needs dental work done bad, but it is going to cost at cheapest $300 and $500-$600 tops and I don't have anywhere near that! I am barley going to have the $170-$175 to get him, my other dog, and 2 cat's their vaccines. He also needs 2 fatty tumors removed, but I can't afford that either. They said they aren't super worried about those though. He is 11 and struggles with somethings, but does alright. I just want to help him though and I can't. I am working on getting 2 vouchers to get my other dog and 1 cat spayed for like $10 a piece. I did not originally want my old boy, he was pretty much just dropped off to us by my MIL and he hadn't seen a vet since he was like at the most a year old. So 10 years without seeing a vet before I got him, so he came with all of these problems and I am doing my best to fix them, but just can't afford it and now we may even have to move and pay rent and even less money to care for my babies. 😢😢

** As I stated, my old boy was not my choice. We originally just had 2 kitties and could afford them no problem. Then my husband got a promotion and we could afford a dog. I wanted a small dog, but my husband said no, so we got a bigger one and then got my old boy by his mom just leaving here with us. If we take him to a shelter he won't get adopted and will die there and I can't do that. I am not giving up my babies because I love them very dearly so DO NOT tell me to rehome them or give them up because it is not happening. It would be like giving away my children or chunks of my heart and soul. I know I will figure out a way to pay for this, I just needed to vent.
