Santana Salvador??

My bf is picking our boys name since I picked our DD. I thought Santana was a a last name but he really likes, it went from a middle name to a first choice. Salvador will be the middle name and I'm starting to like it more and more everyday. I just already feel annoyed at how many people from his family are going to be like "what why??" especially his mom, ugh or how many will make jokes and say "santa" 🙄
