Big bearded guy needs a haircut.

Hello, this is my husband and the deal was he could grow out his beard if he grew out his hair as while. I dislike the beard and honestly I thought he would have caved by now since he gets hot easily and shave both of them. Anyways we are getting professional pictures and I need some hair cut ideas to run by him (he would choose being bald, he doesn't look great bald) but I'm not sure what would look good with his facial structure, piercings, gauges, beard and occasionally glasses. He likes to be well groomed (not in this pic obviously) get mani and pedicures so anything is helpful.
