Y'all I was dying...

So I changed my Bc recently to the patch. I like it but my body's still adjusting. I'm on my period week and remembering how miserable cramps are ( had the iud for years). Anyways I get done with my work out today and am at the gym showering and go to the bathroom so I can take out the old tampon and put a new one in after my shower.

OMFG.

I pulled it out and I'm bleeding so heavy that a CLUMP of blood came flying off my tampon. and la ded on the flood. I was MORTIFIED!!!! I cleaned it up and hoped no one saw. But fuck, Ive never had such heavy bleeding.
