people pay more attention to their phone, instead of their driving.. the idiot to my left, decided to make a right turn , 20 feet away from the intersection, from the FAR LEFT LANE, 5 lanes across. I was middle lane, going straight-speed limit at 45 miles per hour. he was on my left. accelerated moved into my lane with no blinker, SLAMMED on his brakes in front of me, hoping to get over in time to get all the way to the right turning lane. I was going speed limit. smashed on my breakss, saw I could not stop in time so I pulled the wheel as much as I could to the right, without hitting people next to me. unfortunately it was not enough and I still clipped his car. my car, in the pics, is 100% totalled. mecanic said it would take above 20 grand to fix. only the air bag that deployed, would cost 3-7 grand to replace and put in. . nobody got a ticket because Florida is a NO FAULT state. insurance companies are at it.. my insurance company, after many statements, pucs, pilule reports, witnesses, etc, decided that I was not at fault..
