To early to test? I can't wait!

Me and my husband just started trying. We went 4 years pulling out successfully until we decided to make a baby. There still 5 days until my period, I took a test last week and it was negative. We were tracking my fertile days. Should I test early?! I'm so excited! Am I over thinking, cause I think my nipples are turning brown at the bottom of my nipples. Lol too early? Also I've been cramping and I feel like i have a cold.. I hope I don't start😶
