yes girl, a couple of years ago I donated to locks of love and never looked back. and I think you would slay a shoulder length bob. Plus, its just hair. it grows back. My hair is halfway down my back again but only because I've been too lazy to go get it cut, I had long hair most of my life but definitely prefer it shorter now

that's a dramatic change. maybe try gradually cutting off a few inches at a time. Just so you can be sure that you're happy with the outcome.
