How would I know if I'm late? I'm off BC.

Question

I got off Birth Control last month. I had the 21 pill pack. After I finished I got my period 4-5 days later on CD25-26. When I was on BC that's when I got my period. Off BC I got it CD35. When should I expect it? I'm not CD21 and after my period April 22-May 2nd I had unprotected sex(him ejaculating in me) every second day.

It can take a few months when coming off birth control for your body and hormones to go back to normal. Usually around 3. But for me as soon as I came off my dates & every thing stayed the same, guess I was just lucky! I think eventually your body will go into a routine again, so try not to worry. I know some people who have come off and it has taken them a few months to get this back. I'm not 100% sure on this one but hope this helped a little! Goodluck 🌻
