Redness/Face Wash Help

Currently my face wash routine is moisturizer in the morning, cleanser before bed, and exfoliate 2x a week. I currently use clean and clear products cause they are the cheapest ones but I haven't noticed a difference at all and I've been doing this for over a month already. Any good quality but reasonably priced drugstore face wash products you guys could suggest for me? Also my face is fairly red, always been, so products that help with that would be great.
