Help!!!

I am SO frustrated right now. It's 1:50 am and my 11 month old has been screaming since 11:30pm. Like bloody murder screaming. I changed her gave her Tylenol rocked her nursed her and she is still screaming. She did fall asleep a few times but then woke up screaming. She had a fever last week for two days and has been super congested the past few days. The doctors say it's teething. I'm nervous it's about ear infection but I also don't want to go to the doctor again because we've been there once a week for 3 months- no joke. But I'll call tomorrow and see what they say. Oh no to mention my husband is out of country right now. And I'm a teacher and it's super hard for me to call out. I'm just super frustrated right now I could cry.
