Paleo for GD
Has anyone in here tried sticking to a Paleo diet for Gestationla Diabetes? I think I am going to try it. My sugar levels are great during the day and then slightly high after fasting. Hoping to figure out the right snack to fix that. This morning I got 91 and yesterday it was 95.
