how many women smoked marijuana while pregnant?

i want to see how many people have happy healthy children. born of women who used marijuana to help with certain things during pregnancy. since there are many people who judge those who smoke for mental illness or for pregnancy symptoms.

It hasn't been researched enough. There are plenty of options to try, I would only use it as a last resort because at this point it is risk to an unborn baby. So n so's kid turning out fine isn't a good reason. Let science catch up.

I left a more detailed post there. No judgement here but people should know that THC does pass to the baby (10-30%) and studied have linked it to intrauterine growth retardation, and child and adolescent aggression, depression and behaviour issues (see mothertobaby.org: a well respected patient and physician reference for medicine and substances in pregnancy). 
Statistically, not all babies will have these problems, just more of them than the babies of women who didn't smoke marijuana in pregnancy. 
Now that you have some of the facts here, I'd encourage you to talk to your doctor or certified nurse midwife (CNM) if you have issues with nausea (there are other very safe alternatives, also discussed elsewhere on this forum). 
You can decide for you and your baby whether the benefits of marijuana for you outweigh the risks.

I have my medical card, by quit for my pregnancy. The fact that it isn't studied enough to determine it safe beyond doubt is what caused me to quit for pregnancy. Also my obgyn and hospital (despite being in California, which recognizes my medical necessity for it), has a strict no drug policy, including marijuana.

I have a medicard and i will vape if i have pain ect instead of taking tylenol...im 36+5 weeks and baby has been doing amazing and kicking up a storm.

I do sometimes for nausea it helps a lot and helps my anxiety. I know this lady who smoked with all 7 of her kids and they turned out fine . I would do it every now and then.
