Nipple piercing??

So I've been debating getting my nipples pierced. What's the healing process, about how long does it take? Do they get easily infected? This one might be a stupid one but here it goes: can you still breast feed after them? That's been my main concern. I don't have any kids yet, but one day I do want then and I'd like to be able to breast feed, that's been what's kept me from getting them done.

I’ve had mine pierced twice and breastfed my son. They take about six months to heal and if taken care of shouldn’t get infected. I loved mine, I want to get them done again but not sure if piercing them a third time is a good idea.

I got mine done! I was super nervous! It’s the first peircing i got. Honestly, it doesn’t hurt. It feels raw for the first day (the best way i can describe it). I never had a problem out of mine. Extremely easy to clean. Just wipe them down & spin them twice a day with a cleaning solution. They take about 6 month to a year to heal completely. You can’t take them out of change them at all for 6 months. SOOOOO worth it though!
