7.5 mo old will not eat.

My daughter hasn’t hardly eaten today’s I dont know why, she’s had a grand total of 5 oz of milk since she got up at 7 am this morning, a bite of yogurt, 1/4 of a pear and that it. I got her to drink some water with apple juice just so she doesn’t get dehydrated. Her temp is fine, she acts like she feels good and she just keeps playing and playing, but she just will not eat today. Anyone else have this happen? She’s never done this except on the one day she was sick 2 months ago. She’ll take her bottle then after a couple gulps she spits it out like I’m trying to poison her or something.
