2 weeks and hcg level 195 confused??

My doctor said my hcg level is 195 and she said im around 2 weeks.. Does this sound right??

2 weeks? That makes no sense. Your time starts with your last period....so technically you OVULATE at 2 weeks...? That’s why you typically don’t find out you’re pregnant until almost 4 weeks. A home test wouldn’t even detect a pregnancy until at least 3w2d or so.

actually I tested with  2 home test a couple days ago and both showed a clear positive and I'm having every symptom. and my First hcg level on Monday was 59.2 so they went higher. ive had a child before.
