Help!!!!

So, I posted about how I haven't had a period since August

I recently started bleeding, but it was very very light and only lasted 4 days. Tbh Ive never had a light period and it definitely has never lasted 4 days. My stomach has been hurting, like, it feels like it's trying to growl but painfully. Very dull pain. Is this common for anyone or has anyone heard anything like this? Thanks in advance!
