Sometimes I pass a mirror and I'm like holy shit that's what I look like???? Then other days I'm cute as fudge. Overall most days I like how I look

Sometimes don't mind how I look until I look on the internet or go out in public and see every other girl. then I'm just like oh🙆🏻 but my fiancé makes me feel pretty 🙈 i just tell myself if someone as fine as him wants to be with me then I can't be all that bad 😅

I've struggled with body dysmorphia for years and find that I am never truly satisfied with the way I look. I could lose a ton of weight and enough is never enough or completely let go resulting in even more disapproval. I used to look at myself in the mirror and cry.. I've gotten better over the years as I am still slowly learning that it's important to love yourself for you... but a part of me will always want more.

If I catch myself on a good day yes but other days I seriously think that I look like a swamp monster 😂 my hair is what always makes or breaks if I look good or bad
