Vaginal itching

My boyfriend fingered me pretty hard last sunday (about 5 days ago). He was hitting my g spot. When we were done there was a bit of bloody discharge. On Monday i thought I had a yeast infection because i had such intense itch but no discharge. On Wednesday i got some monistat 1 day to see if it would help but it didnt do anything. So it’s not a yeast infection, but i still have terrible itchiness way inside like by my cervix. I’m worried if it is bacterial or if it’s itchy because it’s healing because he was fingering me pretty hard? I still have no discharge or strange smells. It burns while urinating, but like a cut burns. Also the itch is only really intense while standing and barely noticeable while sitting/laying down. Should I wait it out because it is probably healing from the cuts or is it a bacterial infection and i should go to the doctor?
