Is this normal??

So yesterday was a particularly interesting day for me, my flow is usually very normal, but yesterday, randomly, I felt like I needed to pee. But when I went to the bathroom I went to go pee but a bunch of blood came out, as if I was peeing blood. I was nervous but ignored it because I thought if it happens again I’ll tell my mom about it. But it didn’t. Is that normal? The blood was goopy when it came out though, like it was thick, as if something else came out with it.

EDIT: I am not sexually active, I am a virgin. This hasn’t ever happened to me before.
