Feeling sad and anxious when having to pump
So I returned to work last week and everytime I have to pump I feel so anxious and sad. Is this normal. I’ve been taking Lexapro for three months but I am still thinking it’s really not working.
Also I nurse when I’m home with baby. I nurse as long as she’s with me so of course I have that bond with her and I’m always terrified she’ll want the bottle over me.
How do you guys feel when you have to pump at work?
