Help! What is this ?

I’m no where near getting my period and i’ve seen this before .. Dischard is normal with me but this is the second time in the 2 months i’ve gotten this gooey small egg looking thing in the middle of it .. Also out of no where every now and then a cloudy liquid just comes running down my leg, when i’m at work or anywhere ! I don’t control it either . Not sure whether to go to doctor or not .
