When was your 1st ultrasound?

Hi ladies just got my BFP after 3 years of trying. My first appointment is tomorrow, I'll be 6W3D from my last period just wondering what to expect for the first appointment? If I can expect a ultrasound? Being it took so long I'm anxious, nervous and all of the above hoping my baby is growing the way he/she should be and will be healthy. Thank you (:

My first ultrasound was at my second prenatal appointment at 9 weeks.

My first appt was just a urine test to confirm, I go for my first sonogram the 28th of this month and I'll be almost 8 weeks at that point :)

10 weeks. But it sucks cause the first apt that I had the Dr did a ultrasound sounds bur there was so baby.... I had a miscarriage

I didn't get my ultrasound my first visit they told me not until week 12 or so..I get to hear the heart beat on June 11 i will be 11 weeks then and she still won't give me an ultrasound :(

I got first one at 5weeks i got booked in for an ultrasound a few days later :) we could only see the sac and yolk then i got another ultrasound 5 days later and there was little jellybean and a heartbeat :) you can exspect some bloodtests you check your hcg etc, bloodpressure check and general questions about you and your partner. You can start taking you prenatals if you arent already. Congratulations!

Usually the first appointment you'll have an ultrasound, but some ob/gyn offices are different. But you should call your office and ask is the ultrasound included in the office visit. Good Luck!!
