Does anyone else have swelling?

My hands hurt so bad!😭 my wrist feel really tight all the time and when I close my hand to make a fist 🤜🏽  my fingers feel tight(like they could explode). I’m tired of my hands falling asleep all the time they get more sleep than I do! Anyone else have this? Does anyone have remedies? My wedding ring doesn’t fit anymore 😭

I am on a mission to get my swelling down this weekend. My ankles look like tree trunks! I've been wearing my wedding rings on a chain around my neck since 32 weeks (I'm 37 now). I'm planning to drink lots of water and keep my feet elevated. I'll also try to make it to the store for Epsom salt. Good luck to you!

I haven’t been able to wear my rings since about 30 weeks - doctor said that’s totally normal. Feet and ankles are also bursting out of all my shoes: it looks revolting and feels weird but I kind of love the novelty. Feel so out of control of my body and it’s a little fun: “ooohooohooo, what’s going to happen today? Oooh, look at those giant fingers! Haha!”

I can’t wear my rings anymore (35 weeks). If I drink a TON of water and put my hands above my heart, the swelling goes away for a little while. It’s a nice break at least. Same thing for my feet.

Drink a ton of water and you’ll notice a huge difference!! This afternoon, my rings were so tight and uncomfortable (couldn’t get them off) and so I step up my water game and now they’re sliding off no problem!

stay hydrated, keep hands elevated, Tylenol might help, reduce sodium. my cousin took her wedding ring off and put it on a necklace so she still has it with her but doesn't have to worry about it not fitting or getting stuck

Today I had to wear my slippers to work :( none of my shoes fit my swollen feet and ankles. They look atrocious! Lol. Also I took my rings off last week. My hands are a bit chubbier and swollen.

I have had to purchase three different pair of winter boots now due to leg and feet swelling that just won’t go away! Good thing for coupons and sales 🤣 my hands are also slightly swollen. If I could wear slippers to work I would but we have quite a bit of snow where I live.😑🙄

Take a warm epsom salt bath! Soak for as long as you can.. drink lots of water before during and after the bath. It’ll do amazing things for swelling!
