Is this for real??!

We were supposed to do our 2nd round of IUI this month but the dr stopped it because of a large cyst on my left side. We continued to try again on our own, but I kind of gave up this month. Supposed to get my period today, so out of boredom I took my last test, completely expecting it to be negative...but I see a second line???! I’m a little in disbelief after 2 years of trying...
