Baby almost one and still haven’t lost
Ok, they all said, 9 mo to put on, 9 mo to come off... well aside from crash dieting I don’t know what else to do. About three months ago I finally was able to start working out again. But The scale nor the tape measure haven’t budged at all! I’m still nursing in the morning and at night but far far less than before. I just don’t know what to do and I’m feeling really down about it. What were your experiences?
