What are the chances of conceiving on the first month of trying?

If you’ll look at my calendar, I got a positive ovulation test yesterday around 8 pm. We BD last night and today as well as the 11th and 12th. 
What are the chances?! I’m getting excited but since it is the first month, I’m trying to remain calm.

Thank you ladies! I’m so nervous and hubby AND my DD’s birthday are on the day AF is expect. 12/27. I hope to give hubby the birthday gift he wants, a BFP!

Statistically it’s about ~30% if everything is good and everyone is healthy and both are fertile. Could be lower if there are underlying issues. Best of luck!

Omg we have almost the same cycle! I finished my FW yesterday and AF is due the 27th! ✨ this is our 2nd month TTC baby #1 so this is all also very new 😊
