Photography advice

So I got my sons Christmas pictures done and the photographer told me they would be done by December 10th it is now December 15th and I have not received or seen any. She made a post saying she was busy being a mom(which I completely understand) and would get the pictures back as quick as possible. Last night she made a post saying her computer broke. & now she won’t even answer emails.... I’m so upset because I paid a decent amount of money for these pictures. She had good reviews I just don’t understand. Would you be upset? It is in paper and on her page that they would be done by the 10th!
