Should I Panic?!?!!!?

I've had this hard bump on my vaginal area for about 2weeks now. And I don't know what it is. Its hard and when I touch it it feels like there might be some fluid or blood in there too. At one point I must've scratched it or something because then it started bleeding. Now its stopped, I thought that meant that it would go down and go away, but its still there and still hard. It doesn't hurt unless I really press down on it and it doesn't itch or cause me any real discomfort other than knowing its there. Anyone know or have any advice.
