Eye lash extensions? Anyone?

In really debating if not I should get eye lash extensions? im tired of the struggle of putting on fake eyelashes. But I need input from ladies who already had them. Also if u would be kind to answer these questions:

1- Did your real lashes fall out?

2- Can you wet them?if not, what if I decide to wear mascara, how do i remove the mascara?

3- Im super delicate with my eyes. I get infections really easy. Can eye lash extensions causes any infection?

4- Stupid question: is it safe to sleep with them? I mean since we are sleeping with glue on our eyes?
