My period only lasted one day?

Myself and my husband are trying for baby #2 did the Clomid and trigger shot we had sex before my ovulation dates and throughout. I had some period symptoms lower back pain, headache and blowing then my period came 1 day early just for 1 day 12/13/17. not very heavy but certainly not a light flow, is been 2 days there is nothing not even spotting. I did a early response pregnancy 8 days before my period which was negative but I think I did it too early to detect anything. I haven't yet done another test because I don't want to be dissapointed again. Can anyone help me please???.. 🤷🏻‍♀️
