Help!!

My vagina wall has been numb all my life and I do remember being molested by a female family member when I was about 5 or 6.. my mother has told me that I was molested as a baby too could this have something to do with it or what?? I feel less than a women 😢 when I tell my husband he doesn’t understand and feels as he’s not man enough to get me off, but sometimes I have to lie and say yes so he doesn’t get hurt.. please help I don’t have money for a doctor so hopefully I find someone with a similar problem.. 😢😢
