Is something wrong with me?

Hello, I am a 16 year old virgin and recently I bought myself a vibrator (photo below). I began using it after my period so when I first saw blood I thought I’d either broken my hymen or was spotting. So I waited 3 days just in case and tried it again - blood was there afterwards. I tried the next day as well. I also tried it just last night and it showed up again. I don’t know if this is common or not - should I get a check up? Is something wrong with me?? Or am I just using it wrong??? The sessions have been pleasurable (aside from the first time - after the session I had a burning sensation while peeing), I just don’t get why blood appears. If the info helps any, I am about a week away from my fertile period.
