Is this normal?
I’m 4 weeks pregnant today and I’ve been having some seriously sharp cramps. There’s no blood or spotting but it really hurts also in my lower back. I’ve had cramps on and off since I found out about a week ago but today they’ve been pretty constant. I’d like to add I haven’t had a bowel movement in 2 days so I’m wondering if it’s just stomach pains.
