WaterLabor - what to wear?

Our hospital has a whirlpool room for women who want to labor in the water - and some rooms have giant tubs for you as well. What do you wear when you're in the tub? Your bathing suit? Your bathing suit top with no bottoms? They don't do water births but I would love to labor in the water.

I labored/gave birth in water, & I was just naked. Honestly when the contractions are close & I was past 7cm I didn’t care who saw what lol 
If I was going to wear anything I would have just had a bathing suit top, since they would check my pelvis here & there. 
Laboring in water was waaaay easier than out of water. I was moving the whole time before I was in the water (taking walks, birth ball, walking up/down stairs, dancing..)  & the contractions were way easier to breathe through once I hit the tub.

I have been wondering about this as well! I feel like I'll just be naked my entire labor experience...

Since you aren’t allowed to deliver in the water, wear a bathing suit or sports bra top and loose shorts as bottoms. Or just be totally naked 🤷‍♀️ Whatever makes you feel the most comfortable.

I've seen people just wear a sports bra or a maternity bra without padding and just undies. I'm sure a swim suit would work but the bottoms might get ruined.
