Help!

So me and my fiancé have been TTC for a few months now and I’m usually spot on with my period. About 28 to 29 days per cycle. I was supposed to have it the 12th or 13th. Keep getting BFN on tests. I was told to give a week and the doctor says the same. Now I’m a week late.... what should I do? No bc or protection. No pulling out lol. When we had sex roughly 2 maybe 3 weeks ago I had jelly like discharge clear and stretchy and was told that was my most fertile..... what do you ladies think?
