Pregnant while breastfeeding

Hi ladies,

I am still breastfeeding my 1 year old and my husband and I are trying to conceive baby #2. I am currently 12 dpo. My boobs hurt when I was pregnant with my first. It they aren’t really tender. I’m to nervous to test Did your bobs hurt when you were pregnant and still breastfeeding??? Thanks!
