I'm really struggling with drinking enough fluids. I wasn't very good before I was pregnant and now I can't stand anything I drink. I have to have sips all day as if I drink to much too quickly it makes me feel ill! Iv started buying ice lollies to try and get more fluids and drinking more tea as I can stomach that x

I'm having a real hard time drinking water. I just never been a fan of it. I've always drank Gateraid or Poweraid instead & I've been a real Sweet Tea drinker ever since I was a toddler (& bc I'm southern, Sweet Tea is my water). I'm not sure how I can help my baby get what it needs but also, not make me sick of drinking it either.
