Opk question!!

Ok so I've never used opks before. I've been off birth control almost 2 months now, I haven't gotten a period yet though. Earlier this week, about Sunday I took an opk just to see, and it only had one line. Tuesday I had very light spotting, only when I wiped for a couple hours. Nothing else after that, yesterday I took a hpt and it was negative. I also took another opk yesterday and today and both had a faint second line. Does this just mean I'll be ovulating soon? Curious because the first time there was only one line. Thanks!
