Pregnacare original..
I was advised by the Dr to take a prenatal vitamin so started taking Pregnacare which she stated (currently 7 weeks and 3 days) however I suffered with constipation prior to being pregnant and now I'm not pooing at all! I think it's caused by the iron in the pregnacare vitamins, has anybody else suffered any side effects of pregnacare? And can I stop them and just take folic acid and vitamin D?
