A bad omen?

We got a few people in our family Pura Vida bracelets for xmas. If you are not familiar, they are these little bracelets made of thread and the difderent colors represent different causes and interests. Well the package came and there was an extra one we didn't order. My wife tried to look through the website and see what it might stand for in case we could use it as a bonus gift and she thinks its the one that represents the loss of a child... Now, in my 25th week, my hormones and anxiety are on team "Give Rai nightmares".

I don't know how to just brush it off as a weird coincidence like I would pre-preganancy. How are you all keeping your anxiety in check?
