I don’t feel sexy anymore 😔😔💔‼️ Ladies with Eczema ‼️

Maybe i shouldn’t use the word “sexy” but i feel so insecure about my body .. looking the way it does. 😔 i have really bad eczema, & my rashes always starts to break out when the weather starts to get cold. I have tried literally everything i could think of (or at least the products I’ve purchased ) & nothing seems to help.. i just want to feel pretty again .. my chest is covered in scratches, marks & dry patches , my arms & legs are covered in fresh cuts & healing wounds .. it’s just alllll over my body & i can’t take it Anymore, ...

Ladies do y’all have any recommendations i could use to help my skin ? Any advice would be greatly appreciated
