two years ago on Christmas night i was at my boyfriend (now ex) and he forcefully( i realize couple months later he raped me) made me lose my virginity... fast forward to now and i am getting nightmares about that event. i am waking up screaming. i am screaming so loud that my now boyfriend wakes up. He is asking me what is wrong and i told him i dont want to talk about. as we getting closer to christmas the dreams are getting worst. i dont know what to do. should i talk to my boyfriend so he knows when i get these dreams .
